First Time at Lagree?

• If this is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete our waiver and meet your instructor. We’ll take a few minutes to introduce you to the MegaPro and help you feel comfortable before class begins.

• For your safety, if it is your first-ever Lagree class and you arrive after the class has started, you will not be permitted to join the session. We encourage you to book another class so you can receive the proper introduction and instruction.

Returning Customers

• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of class will not be permitted to join the session, as late arrivals can disrupt the flow of class and compromise safety. Please plan to arrive on time so you can get the most out of your workout.

Grip socks are mandatory for all classes.

If you don't have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Please wear comfortable athletic attire.

Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old. If participant is under 18, then guardian must be present.

Experience Level: All classes are open-level‍ ‍

Medical Conditions: We welcome clients with diverse physical needs. For those with significant injuries or high-risk pregnancies, we recommend consulting a physician before your first visit.

Please inform your instructor before class if you are pregnant or managing any injuries or physical limitations. They will provide tailored modifications to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.
